Sparkle effect on the cursor on the blog

I will give my knowledge of Sparkle effect on the cursor on the blog.

the steps that must be considered:

1. You go into Edit Layout trus into HTML.
2. You look for code </ body> copy and paste code below trus thereon.

Nb: make the code easier to search the Ctrl + F aja pake ya n blue writing that you can replace just the color you like.
